You can request a return if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
The product does not match the description.
The product is unused, in original condition, and with all accessories and packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Bathing soaps
Hair combs
Makeup pouches (if used)
Home fragrance items
Any item marked as “non-returnable”
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims raised after the return window cannot be processed.
To process your return, share:
Order ID
Photos/videos of the issue
Unboxing video (if available)
After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or phone number, the order will not be eligible for a free replacement.
