1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The product does not match the description.

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with all accessories and packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Bathing soaps

  • Hair combs

  • Makeup pouches (if used)

  • Home fragrance items

  • Any item marked as “non-returnable”


3. Return Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims raised after the return window cannot be processed.


4. Proof Required

To process your return, share:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Unboxing video (if available)


5. Refund & Replacement

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or replacement will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.


6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or phone number, the order will not be eligible for a free replacement.
